Humble Harve - The National Album Countdown Promo 1974
This was a promotional 7" vinyl disc, with cover. Date: 1974. To promote the newly successful weekly syndicated radio show, hosted by Humble Harve, titled "The National Album Countdown" (NAC). This disc was mailed out to prospective radio stations across the country. The series was also heard overseas on A.F.R.T.S. broadcasts. I am not certain who created this concept show, but it may well have been Harvey Miller, himself. Harve also created, produced & hosted a number of other syndicated radio, music related shows such as "The Dream Concert" series & "Big Daddy", during the 1970's. He also went on to produce & host "Doo-Wop Heaven" oldies shows, which were a huge smash hit with radio audiences around the U.S.A.
